Japanese brand Buzz Rickson's are one of the worlds leading brands of vintage military reproduction clothing.
This shirt is a Buzz Ricksons original, and it has about twice the amount of thread as the herringbone fabric normally used for shirts, so it can withstand hard use and becomes more textured the more you wear it.
