We really hope you are 100% happy with your purchase from Auteur , however for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return to your order, you can do so by following these simple steps.
Online Store Return Policy for a full refund or exchange on full priced items is strictly 14 days, from the customer receiving the item.
Please note Auteur returns policy is strictly 14 days for a refund or exchange on unworn and unused goods. Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued on items where the request to return or exchange your order is made outside our 14 day policy. Your 14 return policy begins on the day you receive your order. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE or discounted items, unless faulty or damaged in transit.
1. Please contact us via email at alex@auteur.store or via our website Contact Page to let us know you would like to return your order and please detail your reason for return. We aim to reply to all return emails within 24 hours unless our online store is closed for vacation or it is the holiday season, that will be displayed on our homepage. Please do not contact us through Instagram or Facebook regarding returns.
2. Please securely package your return order ensuring it is in its original, unused condition.
3. Please ensure you send your return order via a trackable postage service as we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. With regret we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
4. Once we receive your order, a refund or exchange will be processed within 1 business day and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days.
5. Please note that as a small business we are unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy. This includes the postage you originally paid to receive the item (unless the item has been lost or damaged in transit) and also the return postage to send the items back to us.
In-store returns: For items tried on in person at Autuer Store, returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be returned unworn with all labels attached. Please handle items with care to prevent damage. Damaged, altered, or unlabeled returns will not be accepted, except for faulty goods. A restocking fee may apply if items require cleaning or preparation for resale.
Christmas Returns
We are extending our Christmas returns policy for items purchased online and in store between 1st December and 24th December until the 10th January.
