Auteur Store Return Policy
"In-store returns: For items tried on in person at Autuer Store, returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only. Proof of purchase is required, and items must be returned unworn with all labels attached. Please handle items with care to prevent damage. Damaged, altered, or unlabeled returns will not be accepted, except for faulty goods. A restocking fee may apply if items require cleaning or preparation for resale.
Sale or markdown items purchased in-store are non-returnable.
Online returns: Auteur Store Return Policy for a full refund or exchange on full priced items is strictly 14 days, from the customer receiving the item. Return postage costs will be deducted from your refund, and items must be returned in original condition. Damaged, altered, or unlabeled returns will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for damaged goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Exchanges are not available for international orders; please return items for a refund and place a new order if needed."
Refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after the 14 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any SALE or discounted items. All purchases of sale items are final, unless products are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely situation that your your order arrives damaged please email us at alex@auteur.store within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. We will be able to discuss a replacement or refund for you. Please do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook regarding faulty/damaged items and returns.
Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Damaged faulty items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior arrangements confirmed.
